KC Repair has been in the repair business since 1990. Computer monitor repairs have been our main focus since inception. Currently we are a warranty repair center for Philips, Magnavox, Zenith, LG, Goldstar, EPI, and AOC International. Our shop repairs a large quantity of monitors every day, and our turnaround time is within 5 working days. While we do large portion of warranty work for the previously mentioned manufacturers, we also have, and do, work on all brands of monitors. All of our work is’ burned in’ (ran continuously with a looping test pattern) at least 24 hours before returning it to the customer.

We charge a flat rate for monitor repairs:

• $65.00 for the 14" and 15" models
• $115.00 for the 17" and 19"
• $175.00 for the 20", 21", and 29"

These charges include the return shipping back to the customer within the continental US.

In some cases a monitor is non-repairable, usually this is due to a CRT failure or the availability of parts, in these cases there is no charge, except for the return shipping, if the customer would like the unit back.

We are also a computer repair center with shop drop off centrally located in the Kansas City area, or regional on-site service is also available. Our qualified technicians have been trained by Acer America and Dell Computer.

We’ve supplied the labor for 3rd party service warranties on several national companies, and pride ourselves on quality customer service.
